The annual Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP) Conference is typically held in October with approximately 700 attendees. Exhibiting at the conference is a great way to promote your businesses, organization, or product. TASP appreciates your consideration of exhibiting with us and we hope it is a great experience for you. The 2011-2012 19th Annual TASP Conference, Kids Tested TASP Approved, will be held at the Westin Galleria at 5060 W. Alabama, Houston, Texas 77056, October 6-8, 2011.

EXHIBIT HOURS, SET UP & TEAR DOWN

Exhibitors may begin setup at 11 p.m. Wednesday October 5th or 5:30 a.m. Thursday October 6th.

Exhibits Hours:

Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday 7:45 a.m. – Noon

Tear-Down should be completed by Noon October 8th.

If you are shipping things to the hotel, address the things shipped to the person who will be picking up the shipment, not just the company name, c/o Westin Galleria 5060 W Alabama Houston, TX 77056 HOLD FOR TASP CONFERENCE.

Items can be shipped to the hotel no more than 3 days prior to conference
